Le'Fevra Personal Care, Inc. - Who We Are
Founded in 2001, Le’Fevre Personal Care, Inc. (LPC) is an organization dedicated solely to serving adults with intellectual disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Characteristically, individuals served at LPC are 18 years of age or older with a primary diagnosis of an intellectual disability, down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, other developmental disability, or have experienced a traumatic brain injury.
While residential services was our beginning, LPC now offers an array of services designed to promote independence, support individuality and deliver comprehensive care. All of our programs are designed to help men and women lead lives that reflect quality, value, self-worth and achievement.
Our focus on individual development and personal care includes: Residential services, individualized service plans, daily health monitoring, health and safety advocacy, nutritionally balanced meals, individualized case management, counseling services, occupational therapy, vocational training and job placement, community inclusion activities, creative and performing arts, recreational wellness activities, in-home family support and medical supply services.
